Yes, the hair dryer doesn’t work, i haven't tried the iron but everything else has been pretty much okay, when I moved in, the trolleys wheel fell off and the concierge made it seem as if it were my fault, but that's also the kind of day I was having!!! Lol 😆, It all turned out good!!!

Spend the money somewhere else.

One of the most disgusting places I have ever stayed at. Spend your money else where! When we were checking in there was no organization to it, the lady left us with no explanation and then came back 10min later after what sounded like arguing with someone. This is the same lady we checked out with and when we raised our concerns about the room she just "I'll let my GM know" I don't think you are so I'm going to do it for you: The TV couldn't change channels and then overall just stopped working all together. The bathroom door would not close we had to push it like a linebacker. The shower drain and shower head were all gross, the toilet seat was in a way broken, there's stains on the walls, oh! And don't walk around barefoot because it seems like the carpet doesn’t get cleaned properly. And my ladt favorite details is the missing tile roof in the closet and the MOLD!

Used gloves on the floor Staff came out in a bonnet and slippers then proceeded to climb over the counter to get behind the desk to check us in. Said they needed multiple IDs for check in since there so many of us ( my husband and I with our three kids) Told us it’s to keep track of who all is coming in and out which just seemed really strange The sinks would not flush the shower pipe was broke so it sprayed in and out of the shower Horrible beds

This property is rundown. Our room had shredded chairs with holes and tears. I am a member of Sonesta and even the older properties are maintained and provide the comforts of a stay away from home. No coffee in the lobby and no coffee pots in the rooms creates a very non welcoming atmosphere and who wants to hall a coffee pot around with them when traveling. I will never pay $68.00 for one night ever again. They are wsy over priced and do not provide essentials you need ehen traveling.

How do I start this - worst stay ever. We had a late flight and arrived late at 10 pm we called ahead but the second shift person said the night shift person would arrive and left without checking us in . After 40 mins of wait the n if hot shift perm came in and she checked us in but the room door was not opening . She vanished stating she went on break and we waited another 1 hour for sorting the room door to open . While waiting the hallways were stinking with smell of weed and as a woman with 5 year old I felt too unsafe to wait in lobby .Entered the room at 1 am and the room was stinky and moldy with roaches . No water bottle and no vending machine had water and I had to sleep without changing my dress too . The first thing I did in the morning was to move to a better hotel . Expedia helped a lot by giving a refund but hotel property and management was terrible . Pl avoid this hotel it’s not worth a penny too
