The snack time from 530-730 was nice for the kids, free soda as well. 2 elevators out of 4 worked which made getting up and down a nightmare. the room was clean but the hotel is run down for an embassy suites.

This hotel has both positive and negative. Bad: These rooms are not kitchettes, there is a wet bar with a tiny microwave and half size mini-fridge. The room was clean, however, the baseboards, caulk, and interior doors need serious upgrades. The bathroom is tiny with a utility closet sized door. Only two of the four elevators work which leads to long waits during breakfast and checkout for wheelchair/stroller users. Good: The breakfast is great with option for made to order omelettes. There are a few steps to the "sunken" bar/breakfast area with ramp access just a few steps down the hall. The ambiance is nice and the atrium environment is a great escape from the busy city and highway just outside. Beds and especially the pillows are excellent. Staff is pleasant and helpful.

The room was nice and cozy, clean, and nice. Beds were comfy, staff was helpful and friendly. Nice hotel has underground parking which has the elevators can take you directly to your floor as long as you have a room key. Overall a good stay

Staff was super friendly & helpful but just didn’t like that the elevators were out of order. Only had 1 working out of 4 of them & it was a hassle just trying to go down to the lobby or back up to the room.
