Grear stay… room was good, checkin was easy, bed was comfortable and what you got was good for the price. Only downside was breakfast selection. Still worth the stay, just run someplace for breakfast.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Convenient to to downtown McKinney and nearby shopping and restaurants. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Only issue was a sink that didn't drain well. Will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Mckinney.

I literally walked in and walked out the room had bugs and I couldn’t have my kids in that condition they wouldn’t give me a refund for the whole stay that I had paid they charged me for ONE night I had booked 4 days and they charged it for me one night. Which I feel like I should have to pay any days if I didn’t stay there and there was roaches and toilet was dirty that’s why I didn’t stay so shouldn’t be charged for a night if room was dirty that was on them for not making sure bathroom was cleaned.

If you have no other option it’s ok

The man that works there all the time is very rude inconsiderate smart mouth and not welcoming at all and I was even using my baby voice!

The beds were comfortable! The property is dated badly and is in dire need of a renovation and the card entry key barely worked after inserting it in several times.

The staff here seem to work all together. If we asked for towels or whatever, they gave them to us. It’s not perfect, but had a great stay. We will be back.
