Disliked: Cleanliness
The staff was very nice, unfortunately the room stank, found old doggy poop under sink and the police were out several times that night drug traffic.
Room was full of roaches and when I spoke with the lady at the front desk she didn’t even care . She said no body else was complaining about it. I had her to come to the room with me to see all the roaches that’s was there .. this place needs to be out of business roaches are nasty and carry diseases they don’t now care about they customers jus the money
Super slow WIFI, room is in bad condition especially bathroom, dirty floor, smelly towels.
it only had 1 bath towel and 1 face towel, I asked for another bath towel because there's 2 person.
AC working good, thanks.
Nothing against the homeless but seemed like some living behind the property.
The room was modest. When I arrived to my room, the remote for the TV didn't work and the smoke detector was beeping loudly. Someone had tomcome to my room to remove it so I could sleep. The room was advertised as a king bed, but it was a queen and there was only one king sized pillow. The coverlet was stained and had burn holes from cigarette burns. All in all, I can't give it a five star review. I would stay there again only if I have too.

Skimping with a Smile
When the front desk clerk comes out to your Truck upon arrival and calls you by name, you know your at least going to enjoy the service. After checking in and getting detailed and accurate directions to my room I found available parking directly in front of the first floor smoking king room I had requested. Before I could get my door open I heard screeming Bout 4 doors away. Immeaditly looking in that direction I saw a woman on the ground and what appeared to me to be a man fighting her. I later deducted he was breaking up a chick fight. It was not a comfortable welcoming to my room that's for sure. Entering the room the budget part of the trip was immeaditly visable. There was one light on the celingIing in the living area. No lamps on the night stand or walls. It was going to be a dark night. I was already clostrphobic as I noticed the unplugged refrigerator, the two towels rolled up on the bed without no face clothes, no coffee pot, and the metal king size bed frame stood out.The curtains wore torn and had holes that were covered by a backing to prevent people seeing in,and there was no trash can. I have stayed in worse accomodations. At least the room was clean and there were no holes in the wall. I and woke early to prepare fo my day. The refrigerator never did cool, and my hair dryed all by itself. Check out was a breeze as the key was left in the room. No need for a final trip to the office and I was off in flash saying goodbye to the smiling night clerk as we passed.
