I asked for a non-smoking room. The room that I was given smelled like stale smoke. The door had visible dirt on it and the place was a cheap motel. I refused to stay there and checked out.

Staff was great. This was a shady area. I say the house keeping wasn’t great because they left 1/4 sample bottle shampoo in the bathtub instead of throwing it away and replacing it. I also found black hair on my sheets.. which I’m blonde. But the front desk lady was sweet and very charming!

Stay again.....NOPE!

Location is bad. Road noise was very loud and we were on the side away from the main road. Room door had a 1/2 inch gap so all the bugs could stay cool. Paint cans and tools were still in the room. Had the clerk come get it and he said it was left by a previous stay but the color on the wall matched the can. The wash clothes and towels were dirty. Asked for clean ones and he did not have any towels. Plus he was burning something in the lobby that smelled illegal. The description of what is available does not say a pool. Because the pool was filled with dirt and made into a vegetable garden. Every walk area was dirty with trash and the back door to the lobby was locked, had to walk all the way around to get in. Told the clerk about the back door and he said it was unlocked, like he wanted to argue with me about it until he checked but did not apologize for anything.

DO NOT STAY HERE!

This place is horrible! We reserved 2 rooms (non smoking), both smell like horrible smoke! bed sheets had burn marks all over them. Furniture had mold. We requested to change rooms and those rooms smelled awful as well. I tried canceling 4 nights and get a refund, front desk was very rude and would not allow it, when I know they can. No breakfast is provided like it states on listing. JUST TRUST THE REVIEWS AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Ive stayed in 75 dollar hotels 10x better than this one. I will be reporting the mold to the state.

Horrible service

Worst front desk, rude and not helpfull at all. Had to leave this hotel, it smell bad already in front lobby, they tried to make me pay for the room second time even when it was already paid online. Would not recommend it to anyone

This property is divided in two sections. I bought my ticket via Expedia. The night I got there the person told me he was going to change my room to his liking. I ended up in a dump. Next morning as I was leaving I realized they have two sides. One side is less nasty than the other. Ice machine is not working, bed had dirty sheets on it, left over curly hairs and noticeable marks of fluids. Carpet was nasty and smelly. I was supposed to stay in a non smoking room. Well that didn’t happened. Hard to sleep since its by the road and you can heard the traffic all night long. The neighborhood its not safe, therefore you can also hear the police cars sirens most of the night.
