Staff was friendly enough. Shuttle drivers were fabulous. Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel could use some updating to the hallways and the elevators were a little sketchy. I loved the shampoo and conditioner and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I would stay here again.

Room cleanliness was poor. There was hair in the bathroom & in the bedding, a towel appeared to be used, my son found an old used class behind the curtains, and there was a bottlecap on the floor when we entered. Breakfast was good, and we enjoyed the pool & hot tub. I probably would not stay again though due to cleanliness of the room & the motion censored lights in the halls were creepy to me.

This hotel looks good at first. Staff is fine, things are clean. Amenities are Ok except hot tub jets don't work and the pool is too hot. The bar is terrible, the restaurant is terrible. The food reminds me of microwaveable meals and there are fruit flies in the iced tea. All night is noisy with travelers in and out (understandable for a hotel airport) and the room doors dont close right. They all slam. Up all night. I would not recommend this hotel especially because there are so many options around.

The breakfast was good. I loved the fact that I didn't have to run in at 6;30 gooble down everything and run out to the shuttle like last time. I was able to go at 7:30. I did notice that by then all of the teas that I 'prefer had already been choosen. The emergency evacuation alarm going off at 12:45 am when I was super sound asleep was not nice and it took me hours to get back to sleep.
