Overall , a solid 7/10. Check in process was smooth. There were 2 main issues: Everytime it got too hot or the steam from the shower was a lot, the smoke alarm would go off. The other issue was one of the elevators wasn't working at all so it made it a struggle to walk to our room with our bags. Besides that , very convenient area ( close to restaurants , grocery store , highways and more). Staff were so friendly!

From the time we pulled up Very clean and Quiet. Very Safe environment. We were well greeted from AARON EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. To front Desk Staff Sloan the absolute best to Yesenia you couldn’t have had a better grouping of staff to run this place.. the maintenance to house keeping everything was amazing.. Gray location fort what we needed. No breakfast buffet so planned extra time for breakfast. All floor ice machines didn’t work. The ice machine plumbing must have been broken hence the area near the ice machines smelled bad, unfortunately the ice machines were next to the elevators so as you wait for your turn the rotten small is present. Great staff, spacious room and good AC!
