Staff was great, room was clean, but needed to be vacuumed a little better as there was some trash by the head of the bed but everything else was clean. Tub could be updated. The 2nd floor hallway didn't smell too good, could be better maybe its the carpet as it looks old and a little damaged.

Breakfast was OK - unfortunately there were people who were in the breakfast room who had their phones playing a video and they were not using headphones so you also had that noise to contend with and people talking on a speakerphone to other people on a phone call. Maybe it was just a clientele lack class. Other than that places are pretty good bargain based upon this location in Dallas.

The room was clean and we saw a few roaches as if they had exterminated and they decided to come out because after that we didn’t see anything else. It was really quiet,the staff was nice. The breakfast was basic nothing facncy eggs and sasuage, cereal, waffle. The jacuzzi not working in the sense it didn’t get hot was a bummer bc that was why i booked it was basically 2 cold pools.
