The location was great for shopping and food . The staff were all welcoming and helpful. Check in was quick and easy. The decor for current soccer event was fun! Food was common and satisfying. 👍 The main hallway could use some attention. There was some obvious dusting and wipe down needed. There was a wet smell in the main hallway and room. Some room furniture was obviously ready for recycle. Desk chair was totally ripped and half of the arm rest was missing. The room carpet had large spot worn through to the floor.

The pool was green!! The bathtub and sink drained very slow, the shower water came up to your ankles. Elevator floors were filthy dirty. When I checked in , they gave me the wrong room, one king bed and a pullout couch when I had reserved a room with two queen beds. Upon asking the front desk why, she said that I booked it that way, but I showed them the email I received from expedia , and it said two queen beds. She did find another room to move us to. It's the fact that she blamed me for her mistake. However, the food for breakfast was very good and the cook was a very personable person.

The staff are all very helpful & respectful especially the front desk. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable.. Their breakfast is basic and they have free parking. The Mexican restaurant next door food was very good and they offer a variety of beverages from the bar. There’s a cigar lounge next door name The Smoking Jacket with several large TV’s

I visited on 7/23/26 I arrived at my room, immediately I always check my room and bed out, good thing I did, the top spread had a big brown stain on it, pull the covers back, sheets was nasty, look like nasty butt smeared on the sheets, checked my grandkids bed, black hair on sheets, brown spots on comforter and sheets. I immediately went to the desk, young lady at desk was very sweet, but no more rooms to change me too and no one there to change my bed, stated she could give me sheets to change my own bed (Terrible ) but had no choice, checked other hotels, prices had gone up. then I go back to the room, look in drawers and find a pair of dirty socks, so this means they didn't check the rooms and did not clean it. No manager on duty, noise is loud at night from being so close to the hwy (not hotel fault) there was no one at the desk when I checked out Saturday morning, sign was up stated they was away from desk, didn't have time to wait to request to see if a manager was on duty, I will not stay again.
