I love IHG!

I always enjoy staying at IHG properties because every time the service is great, the equality of the rooms is top-notch, and the amenities are great as well. Now other people may have different opinions, but it was fine for me.

Hotel has a very heavy perfume smell in the halls. All I can guess trying to cover up something. My friend had to change rooms 3 times to get a room that didn't have a dirty sock smell. My room was ok, bed was great room was clean. Could smell smoke from other rooms when entering the bathrooms at night. I got a non smoking room but other next to me must not have been. All share a vent for the bathrooms. No problems as far as Parking or sercuirty.

Check in was satisfactory. If I had not arrived at the property very late, I would have requested another room. Room smelled of cat urine, the bathroom floor was quite dirty and the air conditioner was very loud.

I got there late and was told I didn't have a reservation. Then he found it. SO I go to the room. It smelt like cigarettes. Then I kept hearing what sounded like someone above me rolling their suitcase all around the room. I thought it was usual at 11pm. But then noticed it still at 1AM. So all night long I heard this. Hard to sleep. Still hearing it the next morning. Bed was comfortable

the lobby area was fine. but as soon as i stepped off the elevator onto my floor it smelled terrible. then my room had a different bad smell. the rooms were muggy and stale. it didnt hit me until later in my stay as to why they had signs in the lobby that said no drugs were allowed in the hotel or gazebo area. there were ppl outside doing drugs. i came to realize this hotel was a hang out spot for drug users. i do want to say that the staff of the hotel was VERY sweet and concerned with all my needs. they tried their best and they couldnt help what was going on outside

Tournament weekend okay stay

Checking in was easy, we went straight to our room after an exhausting day. The room was okay, I know it could have been better. The carpet in between the two queen beds was tearing apart. The remote needed a back to it, so the batteries were taped in. The wall decor had one picture frame no picture. Someone must had broken the glass from a previos stay. The bathroom the floor could have been cleaner you. I know its cosmetic, but the back of the bathroom door could have been fixed due to a dog scratching up the door from another stay since there is $100.00 deposit you get back after your stay Thankfully our beds were good to sleep in.
