This was my second stay, two years apart. Both stays Sandra checked me in and made me feel cared for. Her customer service skills are incredible and natural. She went above and beyond this stay to provide me information so I wouldn't have to leave the hotel and could just rest. She is incredible! Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok.
