Rooms very clean and big, they do offer play pens for baby’s. Where the hotel is located is a great spot there’s a lot of stores,fast food and gas station close by. The staff they treat you well. Good breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Plus in Lewisville! From the moment I checked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and made me feel right at home. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel was quiet, which made it easy to get a great night’s sleep, and the location was perfect—close to restaurants, shopping, and the airport while still feeling peaceful. From day one, everything about my stay at Best Western Plus Lewisville Flower Mound was excellent. The hotel was very clean, and my room was in great condition—comfortable, well-maintained, and inviting. The staff truly stood out. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The breakfast was also great, with a good variety and quality options to start the day right. The front desk picked up the phone, after midnight, and conversed with me. This is often a difficult expectation from other hotels. The front desk clerk seemed to care about my concerns to establish a late arrival, and seamless check-in, for my girlfriend (who had travel delays/difficulties). Thank you, sir, for the late night efforts.

This stay was great! The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Best I’ve experienced in a long time! Complimentary breakfast was great with lots of options. Rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. Only complaint I have is that our room smelled a bit musty. Overall a great stay for our family and would stay here again!
