Just opened, and so everything is new. It really was a great stay, remind me a lot of the Hyatt Place in Rockwall, so much so that I am suspecting they are built by the same owner. The room was very comfortable and well lighted, and the breakfast, fairly enjoyable. This hotel experience, I have to say, probably is the best one that I have had, for this price range.

This is a brand new hotel, located right off the main highway. Everything brand new and pristine. Great room with excellent beds and linens. The front desk was pleasant and very helpful. Nice breakfast included. Free parking. Sparkling pool. Security patrols at night though the area seemed quiet. Places to eat nearby. No complaints.

Everything was impeccably clean, including the pool. I only knocked a star because I was given the wrong breakfast times by the person who checked me in, and they ended breakfast 30 minutes earlier than was stated on the sign near the buffet. Plus, there were no later checkout options.
