Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Wouldn't stay here again

The staff were unhelpful and rude, laughed at my English and ignored me. My room was a smoking room,which I asked for non-smoking, the carpet was filthy, the room was dark and out of the way, the breakfast was simple, but ok, but it looked unclean. I didn't enjoy my stay at this hotel. The area was nice, easy to walk around to see the old town.
