Check in was good. Had to get a second room due to roaches. The clerk didn’t hesitate to give me another room. The second room was good and clean. The cable channels are different from what I’m used too, so no complaint there really. The breakfast isn’t no breakfast, a couple of danishes with cold coffee with no cream. The American theme is neat and welcoming.

“Free breakfast” sounds great if there actually were any breakfast. Trash bags everywhere you look, drunk people all over the place, dirty bathrooms, and terrible service overall. I would rather recommend you stay in a tent in the parking lot rather than in this facility.. that’s how disgusting it is. Do not waste a cent in this place.

No coffee maker, must go to office for coffee and morning muffin. Surprise.......coffee cup offered is 4 oz size and so tiny muffin pkg. also tiny. Pool was a complete disaster area and unusable. However staff was quick to respond when breaker was tripped while using the microwave and mini fridge at the same time, same outlet. I washed all the lamp shades myself, as my stay was 5 days and couldn't stand to look at them, so...... taking a shower proved no good, as the water backed up over my ankles. Took about half a day to drain and never got addressed. Plus for this place, no bugs, tight door seal. Minus is the lack of cleaning, wall switches, doors and wall areas by doors very dirty, found blood stain on bathroom counter and had to clean the mold from around the counter mounted bowl sink. It was so easy to do, I can't understand why it was there in the first place.

The first room we had had roaches on the wall, and a dead one in the sheets. We requested a new room, the gentleman in the front desk was very nice and understanding. We opened the second room and it hadn't even been cleaned from a previous stay. The bed was clearly slept in, and there was used towels on the ground. At this point we decided to go somewhere else. We didn't bother in asking for a refund because I no longer wanted to be there.

Arrived 8:45pm. Doors locked in office took a very long time for the attendant to open door. Attendant smelled heavily of pot an he was very unpleasant and inhospitable. Outside was filthy. Old refrigerators, microwaves, and clothing outside of rooms and stairs. No cups, wash cloths, soap etc.in room. Sheets were piled and very ruff. Very horrible hotel, more like a that should be rented by the hour.
