The hotel had a home town feel. The staff was helpful, informative, and friendly. They knew my name and made me feel welcome. The room was simple, clean and comfortable. The rate was quite reasonable. The food in the restaurant was delicious. I will be coming back to this hotel next year.

Hotell för kort vistelse i Dala-JÀrna

Hotellet saknar reception utan bara ett nummer man ringer för att checka in. Litet trÄngt rum men som funkar ok för en kort vistelse. Frukosten var bra men serverades i en pÄse i ett vÀldigt kallt fruset kylskÄp. TvÄl och schampo hades fyllt pÄ med vatten. Uteplatsen var varken stÀdad eller underhÄllen. Buffé Lunchen som serverades var en av de bÀsta vi smakat pÄ lÀnge. TyvÀrr sÄ ligger Dala-JÀrna lite off och utbudet av mat och fika Àr mycket begrÀnsat!

Proper hotel, wel wat omslachtig om in te checken, we moesten drie verschillende gsm nummers bellen om iemand aan de lijn te krijgen die de code kon doorgeven. Het restaurant is gesloten op maandag en dinsdag avond, als ontbijt zat er een broodje met kaas, hesp en sla in de koelkast, een yoghurt, banaan, appel en koekjes. Ontbijten moest op de kamer gebeuren, er was geen eettafeltje aanwezig, dan maar picknicken op bed. Wel heel proper en Mooi ingericht.

Mycket blandade intryck. Bra lÀge pÄ vÀg till Vansbro eller SÀlen. Bra kombination med restaurang, hotell och vandrarhem. Billigt. Frukost Àr förberett, men man fÄr fixa det sjÀlv i ett pentry i kÀllaren. Kniv att skÀra upp limpan saknades. Frallorna hade en svag mögelsmak. I kÀllaren finns ett TV-rum. Det lÀt bra, men det var kallt och luktade mögel i kÀllaren och med fjÀrrkontrollen kunde man inte byta kanal, sÄ det var bara TV2 som gÀllde.

Lite konstig incheckning, dÄ hotellreceptionen stÀngde tidigt, och hotellet skickade bara ut info till de som förbetalt, hur man checkade in. Och vi skulle betala vistelsen dÄ vi kom till hotellet. Restaurang och bar var stÀngda, men vi fick anvÀnda mikron i pentryt i kÀllaren. Det fanns ingen lampa i trappan ner till kÀllaren, sÄ det kÀndes lite osÀkert. DÀr serverades Àven frukosten, vilken vi fick plocka sjÀlva ur kylen, grön-hÄrdkokta Àgg bl.a. Kaffet fick vi brygga sjÀlva, och det var knappt att pulvret rÀckte till att brygga tvÄ koppar. SÄ fick vi handdiska efter vi Àtit frukosten. Rummet var helt ok, men duschslangen var trasig, med ett ca 3 cm lÄngt hÄl. TvÄlhÄllaren i duschen var Àven den trasig. DÄ vi skulle checka ut, fanns ingen personal överhuvudtaget, och alla dörrar var lÄsta (dÄ var klockan ca 10:15) Vi gick dÄ in via lastkajen pÄ baksidan till köket, för att hitta nÄgon personal att lÀmna nyckeln till.
