Staff very pleasant and professional. Fast check in, we arrived two hours early and with someone who is not feeling well, they understood and checked us in right away. Room was spacious and clean, no insects or stains. Will definitely return if needed

Very nice hotel. Hotel hospitality exemplified by the man Mansour at the front desk. He was the only English speaking staff member there! I appreciated his service. Room was very comfortable. I tolerated warm water showers. Only downside was the restaurant. The restaurant staff were not very polite nor hospitable. The breakfast display and options leave so much more to be desired-not the greatest. Also those chairs in the lobby were better suited for a balcony not the reception area. All in all a relaxing stay but a higher price would be a tall order for this hotel

Good value for your money and very helpful staff. I departed before the official breakfast time and got a nice food box, much appreciated! Room and bathroom very spacious and clean, however the linen and pillow had disgusting stains. Wifi quality OK, sufficient for internet calls but sometimes you lose the connection. Located next to very big and busy street but not much noise in the room. Good location to be in every district of Dakar quick by taxi, however not much to do or see nearby. Supermarket for all basic needs in direct neighborhood, not many restaurants close by. Overall I would stay again here, not much to complain and good European/Business standard.

BOOK THIS HOTEL AT YOUR OWN RISK. When I got to the hotel, I was told that they did not have my confirmation and the hotel was full. I showed them my confirmation email, they were dismissive. I asked to speak to a manager and was told one was not available. The manager comes to work at a later time. I had to get online and find another hotel, plus pay for another taxi ride to the hotel. I have traveled to over 44 countries (IG: travelbyanymeans) and I’ve never experienced this.

Great Accommodations in Dakar

We arrived about 8hrs later than planned due to over booking, however the staff was there to help us download the bags and help us to our rooms quickly. A light breakfast was provided in the morning and the staff on the 6th floor were so accommodating, I have a 2yr old that slept thru breakfast so I was collecting breakfast for him. Might I say the croissants were amazing, I ended getting up for breakfast every morning to eat 2 of them. We ventured up to the 7th floor and again the staff was so nice. Our rooms were clean, the ac was great and the beds were comfy. Excellent choice of hotels

Great stay.

A clean and well-kept hotel with a very efficient and conscientious staff in every area. Rita is an exceptional person and extremely good resource for help in any area. I was well pleased with my 8-day stay. The breakfast was limited, but the meals are reasonable and very tasty.
