It was a good hotel. Older hotel and the beds are rock hard. The towels are small but the staff was friendly. Great location - right on the monorail line and close to beautiful lake. It was a little awkward at check out time because check out is at noon, but the maid was waiting in the hallway at 1130.

Relaxing stay

The hotel was really close to the metro station. Check in process was easy. Communication in English was good. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the room. It was so much bigger than I thought it would be. The room was clean and warm. The surrounding area was really nice as well
