The hotel is very close from the beach. There are many restaurants around the hotel and also convenience store is near the hotel. We stayed in Family suite with 2adult and two children(11years and 13years). The room has plenty of spaces for us. The view was fantastic from our room. Staff were very kind and polite. A Reception guy arranged new room because we requested we would like to stay longer because our flight was late.

We had the family room with a bunk bed and found this to be the most modern and clean of the hotels we stayed in in Vietnam. Across the street from the beach. A short drive to restaurants. My kids loved the fun bunk bed feature, I enjoyed the modern, new and clean room and amenities. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Got a daily coffee from the lobby bar – a bit pricey but tasty.

The rooms were fantastic. The food at the Ciele restaurant was really good. The cost of food and drinks was quite reasonable especially with the IHG membership discount. Nice Gym and Pool, friendly and helpful staff. I recoomend staying here.

The property was great. My only complaint was being on the 24th floor. I was right beneath the gym which is on the 25th floor. I could every little noise, not to mention the weights - when they dropped on the floor.

The facilities are great and hotel it's very well located. Staff do their best to provide an excellent service, however their English it's very very limited and it's easy to tell they don't have any training for hotel services, however the management is accountable for this, not the staff.

Clean and tidy, large beachfront hotel. Breakfast was very good - good selection but it does get busy just due to the number of guests who are often larger groups. Top floor bar was good - food was pretty good, but some more vegetarian options would be nice. Similarly with room service. Gym was pretty good - machines were in good order. Went to try the spa for a massage, but availability seems to be hit and miss (they seemed to have only 1 therapist on the days I checked which isn't a lot considering the number of rooms). Room is not huge but a reasonable size and kept very tidy. You do get noise from outside - that's the nature of the location and the soundproofing of the building. There is a beachfront venue that plays really loud music opposite the hotel until midnight/1am at times - so if you are a light sleeper, take earplugs or stay elsewhere. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely use it as my base again in Da Nang if I were to go back.
