Enjoyed every minute of our stay here for 11 nights. We were treated very well here and the customer service was top notch. The hotel is extremely clean, beautiful, and our panorama suite had a breathtaking view. Room was cleaned well. The view from our room was excellent. Definitely a problem with staff speaking English. We went to the pool but couldn't use it because it was too packed. We got a voucher of 150000 VND per day for Han restaurant, but this was restricting and we didn't use all the vouchers. It would have been better to make it more flexible. The front of the property was nightmare with cars. overall experience was very good.
