Great hotel,good value compared to HCM prices for a much better room and facilities including buffet breakfast,small but better than buying somewhere else,tidy rooms and bonus undercover swimming pool. Would recommend staying here and will stay again here when returning to Danang!

Quite dirty and run down

Place is quite run down. Don’t know how they got a good rating. Rooms are quite dirty. Towels have holes in them. Mould in the bathrooms and the blinds had stains all over them. Wouldn’t stay again. Doesn’t look like the photos. Has a pool on the top level. Breakfast was ok. Pretty good location.

This hotel is a quick 5 minutes walk to the beach and is surrounded by various seafood restaurants and beachfront bars. It has a good breakfast buffet included with your stay. And that’s probably the only things I liked about it. I generally haven’t had a negative experience with hotels in Vietnam until staying here. Although the room was spacious, it was dirty and not well kept. There was literally a lip stick stain on one of the window curtains. The bathroom was poorly designed with open cracks between the wall and the bathtub, where water from shower can easily enter and cause mildew and mold. Obvious mildew on the walls, bathroom fixture and bath curtain. Ventilation is poor in the bathroom is well. There are ants in the room, so any food or drink cannot be left out l, even for a short period of time. However I never had an issue with doing this at other hotels before. There is construction for another building right in front and although it is no fault of the hotel that this is happening, you should be aware. Construction started as early as 7am and goes until 6-7pm, with loud clanging even with our windows closed. On top of that, the walls are thin and I heard every thuds and conversation from the neighboring room. So between construction during the day and hearing our loud neighbors, we did not sleep well while staying here.

If you love damp bedding, faulty air conditioning and mold in the bathroom, then you will LOVE this Hotel. It was so bad that we left, the same day we arrived and the manager refused to refund the week we had paid for 2 hours earlier. The place like the manager, is dishonest and disgusting.

Garbage stacked high and smelly at the front entrance.
Magic Air Conditioner- just have to imagine that it works lol.

Excellent Stay!!!

We arrived at the Hotel in the midst of a tropical storm and were warmly greeted at reception. We were upgraded to suite on the top floor due to issues with our room due to the horizontal rain and high winds. The hotel management did everything possible to make our stay 2 day stay as comfortable as possible.Staff were great and spoke reasonable english. Excellent value for money clean, refurbished rooms and comfortable bedding. Will definitely stay again if we return to Da Nang

Through no fault of the hotel, no room was available. I regularly stay at this hotel when in Danang and arrived at the hotel without a reservation and was told the hotel was full. I went online and Hotels.com showed ONE room available and I reserved it. Went to the registration desk and no rooms were available so I used another hotel. Don’t know where the problem was, but it was not with the hotel. The staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout. I might add that on a previous visit, I left my wallet on the front desk and didn’t notice it until I got to the airport. Staff offered to bring it to me, but I decided to return by taxi. When I pulled up in front, the staff brought it out to the car.

Found ants on coffee table and inform staff about ants issues. The staff blame our kids for attracting ants by have food on table, which they didn’t have any food on table. The ants were found upon check in. Staff should not presume customers was guilty of ants without prior investigation of issue. Also hair dryer stop working after 5 minutes and both room ac unit didn’t work. We only got one room changed out but upon hindsight should have swap out both rooms.

ベトナム滞在中に前日予約をしたからでしょうか、とてもお安く泊まれました。チェックアウトは12時、ただ最終日の出発便は20時発でしたので、翌日まで部屋を押さえて、17時にチェックアウトしました。　格安ならではです。玄関にはポーターがいてくれる、落ち着いたホテルです。朝食はまあまあ、初日にのんびり8:30過ぎに行きましたら、どれも冷め始めた感じで残念でしたので翌日は7時過ぎに行きましたら美味しくいただけました。パンも美味しいです。 フォーを作ってくれます。生野菜　温野菜　お粥　スープ　チャーハン　五目焼きそば　その他数種類の温かいおかず　フルーツ　満足しました。Wi-Fi良好。11階テラスのプールは小さいですが眺めが良く、落ち着いて座れる籐椅子がありのんびり過ごせました。日除けの大きい傘もありました。 ホテルを出るとビーチは横断歩道を渡ってすぐです。 しかし、ビーチと当該ホテルの間にとても大きいリゾートホテルを建設中、まだほぼ基礎の段階です。夜遅くまでトントンカンカン音が聞こえます。シーンとし静かな環境を好むなら、避けた方がいいですね。完成後はビーチビューはゼロになるでしょうが。位置的には最高です。

コスパ最高

1泊2500円で広く豪華な部屋に泊まれた。ホテル自体もお洒落で綺麗である。朝食も充実しており、場所は「ダナンビーチ」と表示のあるロータリーのすぐそばで申し分ない。ビーチも良く見える。ただし、ダナンビーチの表示の前で朝5時過ぎからラジオ体操をする人たちがいるので、早朝に起こされてしまう可能性がある。また、現在、ビーチとホテルの間に高層マンションを建築中なので、今後眺望が損なわれる可能性がある。
