Property was great, room was spacious and the cleaning staff did a great job. Lily, who checked us in and out, was also great and answered our questions about the area and Da Nang. Beach was beautiful and kept clean of garbage. Only minor criticism was that the pools aren't heated so it wasn't ideal swimming for the cooler days, but not a big deal.

The Ocean Suites is a great facility with all the amenities of a resort with the convenience of an apartment or villa. The staff make the experience 5 stars with Jenny, Lisa and the team reach out via WhatsApp to check you have every thing you need. The Nep restaurant has a wide selection and good service. And is convenient for both the pool and beach. The property is 20 minutes by taxi to either Hoi An or Da Nang shops, right opposite the golf course so factor in time and distance when considering your options. Perfect to get away from the bustle of city and perfect if you are comfortable with Grab or a driver to get around.

The staff are friendly, attentive, and very responsive. They created a WhatsApp group chat to share all the necessary information after we booked the hotel and arranged our pick-up. This made our trip enjoyable, although it would have been perfect if there had been a bathtub. The hotel is a bit distant from everything, but it offers a peaceful atmosphere, and the NEP restaurant serves excellent food.

We stayed at the Ocean Villa for four nights. The Villa was excellent and very clean. The small pool outside was perfect for the kids to play in. Jenny was superb with her communication and also providing fast on-site support. We highly recommend staying here.

A great stay

I recently enjoyed a three-night stay at The Ocean Villa, and it was absolutely incredible! The villa's stunning location, impeccable service, and Vince's exceptional assistance made it a dream getaway. The luxurious accommodations, breathtaking views, and top-notch amenities exceeded all expectations. If you're seeking a memorable and indulgent experience, The Ocean Villa is a must-visit destination.

The staff were outstanding, especially Lily, Vince and Lisa. A short text message to them and they arrive in 10 minutes to pick you up in an extended golf cart. And whisk you off to wherever destination you want to go within the resort. The food at the restaurant The Nep was wonderful for the breakfast buffet. A large assortment of breakfast food and so many different types of fresh fruits. But honestly lunch and dinner was just ok and I can't recommend it. A simple beef burger was consistently over cooked and very dry. And their Pho beef noodle soup was disappointing. A great option: We discovered the resort next to us, a short walk down the beach named "Fusion" is wonderful. They have a beautiful restaurant on the beach called "Char Grill" with very nice atmosphere. And offer indoor or outdoor dining, outdoors offers tables steps away from the beach and the crashing waves. And they use wood burning grills. The scent of smoke fills the air. And the steak is yummy. And for kids they also make an outstanding wood fired pizza. For lunch they offer another restaurant called "Fresh" that has a wide assortment of Vietnamese and Western food. There isn't much to see outside of the resort and you definitely need a car. I highly recommend a terrific local driver named Bryan at Bryan Travel Service that can suggest activities and places to visit eg., Hoi An and nearby Marble Mountain. If youre looking for a quiet getaway with the family or friends, this is the perfect location foe you. What stood out was the service we received from the staff assigned to our unit of Lisa, Vince and Lily. They contacted us prior to our stay and helped us make all the arrangements for our trip.
