One of the best resorts for family and couples alike. If you like onsen probably the best resort altogether. Beautiful places, lot of things to do especially for kids.. they have water slides, indoor Beach and indoor/outdoor water rivers. Highly recommended for family with kids

Room was great and clean . Great facility’s at the hotel . Buffet was so busy everyday. There was a line for eggs, coffee machine etc . Nuh who was at the concierge and check us in was amazing , she helped ip though out the stay .

Hotel is very family friendly, staff are very helpful and polite, especially VY, she provided a lot of information about the hotel facilities and Da nang restaurant suggestions etc, always checking us out day to day. There is no worries if the weather is not ideal for outdoor activities, since we stayed in hotel for some indoor activities such as water park, onsen on 22nd floor, massage, Japanese tea experience etc, also there is a mini Mart for guests to buy some snacks or personal necessities.
