Insanly reasonable price and super friendly staffs! Free breakfast was incredibly good (you can order 1 drink and 1 food then staffs will cook for you) Highly recommend this place.

My family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was a great location, within a 10 minute walk over the bridge to the main markets in old town. It was great value for money. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast included was very nice.

Situated just over the bridge from the main hub of Hoi A this hotel is the perfect base if you want to escape the hussle and bustle of the centre but still be in walking distance to everything. The room was big and clean, the pool was a great way to cool off after hot days exploring. We had a load of laundry done which was returned quickly and to a high standard. Very helpful friendly staff, always on hand for any questions. I would recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay here - a great location, as it was just over the bridge from the old town, so less hectic, but a short walk and I was in amongst the delightful mayhem! The staff were very helpful indeed, but one criticism would be that, on arrival I was given too much of a sales pitch about places to see - but mainly excursions, the assumption being that I hadn’t researched my trip and the area.

Lovely friendly place to stay

We spent 3 nights here and I have to say the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was enormous, as was the bed, and it had everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely and a nice pool area. Our room was set back off the street so we could not hear the street traffic. Great place to stay.

Nice place to stay. Easy walk and cycle to old town. Friendly family who runs the small hotel. Large clean rooms. Lovely relaxing garden and pool. Some noise from everyday Vietnam life but it was nice to stay in a more local area. Tip...great little coffee vendor across the street with 15 dong coffees.

We loved our three night stay at the Muse House and would absolutely return should our plans bring us back to the vibrant city of Hoi An. The staff were so kind, welcoming and helpful and our family suite was clean, spacious and well appointed, with high ceilings, modern bathrooms and comfortable beds (and bedding). The breakfast selection was perfect for the three of us and the staff goes out of their way to accommodate special requests and make guests feel at home.

Amazing place- stay here!

Beautiful gardens and pool. Room was immaculate and large- comfy beds too! Staff were so helpful and friendly. Location was good too- a short walk to the markets. Free bike use to go to the beach or further around Hoi An. Stay here you won’t regret it!

My husband and I had a fabulous stay here at the Muse House. Great value, friendly staff who go above and beyond and make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The location is a 10 min walk to the old town making it more affordable than others. Walking at night back to the hotel also felt safe. Thanks for an incredible 4x night stay, we will be back

Our stay at Muse House was beyond perfect. Lucky, the host, was so welcoming and friendly and made sure our stay was as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Upon arrival we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink and a great recommendation for a local tailor which made high quality clothes. Our room was very clean, spacious and the bed was so comfortable. Thank you for making our time so memorable in Hoi An!

It's a beautiful place and the staff are incredibly nice and helpful. It is on a very busy road, and unfortunately our room faced the noisy street. So it was not quiet at all. It's a bit of a walk to old town, but not too far. The there are many restaurants nearby to cĥoose from.

Perfect stay in Hoi An

We loved our stay at the Muse house and would not hesitate to go back. Excellent communication from Hoa at reception too. This is a family hotel and has that feel to it. It is a short walk into the old town , around 15 mins . Breakfast is enough and good although for some it might be limited if you compare to a big hotel , however it was easily enough for us and at a 5 star big hotel , but then it is possible you might pay just breakfast at a 5 star hotel what it costs to stay at the Muse including breakfast . Overall the Muse house represents great value for money, it is clean , rooms and bathrooms are a good size , its in a good location , staff are nice and the price is right . What is there not to like ??

Cozy family-owned hotel

Very comfortable family-owned hotel with nice swimming pool. Very good breakfast. Large rooms. Best possible hospitality and owners were very service minded. On the other side of the river from the old town. Nice and quiet. Can highly recommend this newly opened hotel!
