We had a great stay at Gia Huy. Tina was very welcoming and provided us with information about the old town, what activities are available to book via the hotel and how to rent the bikes. She guided us through the map and made sure we were okay throughout the stay. We didnโ€™t encounter any issues during our time here, but Eric ensured we could make him aware straight away so any problems can be fixed. All the staff were lovely. There are decent vegetarian options for breakfast and incredible view of the river. The old town entrance is a 10 minute walk away, and the beach is a 10-15 minute drive. Itโ€™s very easy to make your way around and explore.

Staff were amazing and tried hard to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel room was clean. The hotel itself needs lots of renovation. Furniture in the room is shabby and the bathroom very dated. The pool deck is terrible with rotten wood and old, shabby sunbeds. Such a shame as the hotel has so much potential and the staff deserve a better building to work in. The riverside area could be lovely but again, overgrown and shabby. Breakfast is plentiful but having to order it the night before isnโ€™t great and the pho was the worst we have ever tasted - hubby couldnโ€™t eat it at all. We stuck to eggs and bread after the first day. Bikes were available but we only managed to get two on one of the four days we stayed - definitely need more to accommodate more guests. Hotel is a reasonable 20 minute riverside walk from the old town. At only ยฃ38 a night, the clean room and helpful staff made it an okay stay, but we wouldnโ€™t return.

Serene Riverside was a quiet resort, just outside the Old Town hustle and noise. 10 minute walk to both the old town as well as night market. staff was very helpful in booking excursions, arranging transport to DaNang , suggesting activities (memory show). We loved staying here. It was quiet and calm, with a beautiful water view balcony & pool. We had a delicious free breakfast every morning โ€” so many options! They let us pick two drinks & a meal. It felt secluded, but it was only a 15 minute walk to the middle of the old quarter. We loved our stay, and we would definitely come back and stay again. The staff were also wonderful and helped us coordinate travel to and from the airport. They had all kinds of suggestions, and they were incredibly happy to engage with us! I would love to spend a week or more here and spend more time just relaxing on the property.

This a beautiful place to stay. View from balcony was mesmerising. Staff was really nice. They were very helpful and served delicious breakfast. The night market is 10mins on bicycle. Free ride bicycle are available in front of the hotel.

Hoi An riverside

We really enjoyed being on the river watching the boats go by and walking or riding bikes to town. Very good location, quiet and close to everything, restaurants, markets, bars and the owner were very helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend a stay here.
