Absolutely perfect. The staff, rooms, restaurants, amenities, location and the cleanliness of the hotel cannot be faulted. Very good breakfast menu with live counters and very clean, well maintained facilities. Staffa were well-trained, very welcoming and friendly. Special shout out to a staff: "My Thiem" (hope i m correct with the name) She ensured that our dietary requirements are taken care of during breakfast. Very nice property in a great location. Just a couple of blocks away from the beach and just a block and a half away from Bangla Road. The breakfast buffet was nice, as well as the rooftop restaurant. We had a swim up room which was great. The pool bar was fantastic. The staff was helpful and friendly. Most knew English.

Fantastic view of the South China Sea and excellent breakfast spread. The staff are a vwry friendly and helpful. Will definitely be my hotel choice when i return in future.
