Beautifully decorated hotel, breakfast was outstanding and delicious, fresh fruits, soup and eggs to order. Bed was on the hard side. Rooms were sound proof, and the hotel's spa was a 5 mins drive aways (where the hotel's town car will drive there and back) at a great price. Staff went above and beyond, and were so helpful (accepting tailoring deliveries, chatting with guests, accommodating every needs).

The location was great. It was off the main road and a short walk to shopping and the lantern boats. We enjoyed the outdoor pool. It was a great way to cool off after a hot day. The front desk staff was wonderful. We were checked in by a man whose name I did not get. When he found out the night before we checked out that our transport was leaving early in the morning he offered to have breakfast available earlier than the 6:45 start so we could grab something before heading to the airport. I would definitely stay again.

The staff at Son Hoi went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable. They were so accommodating and hospitable. They even brought us a fan to our room. Our room and the balcony overlooking the pool were beautiful and the hotel design was so artistic and tasteful. The breakfast was wonderful and they even make you custom omelets! The only downside was nearby construction that started really early (like 7am) and woke us up each morning but that was completely out of the hotels control. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

The hotel is well located just a few minutes walk from the old town, and is done a quiet side street. This is a good thing as the Old Town can get quite busy. The receptionists at the front desk were helpful when we needed to book transport or something specific.
