The staff were so helpful and kind. Our accommodation was amazingly big and perfect for our family to spread out. The sauna in our room was fantastic. Close to the beach and in a quiet yet convenient side street. Great value for what we received!

They were helpful, showed me another room I could move to but the view was air conditioning of the next building and the cleaners said they were noisy in the evenings so decided to stay out. The doors have to be slammed the elevator was broken the spa isnโ€™t apart of the hotel building like shown in the picture when we asked they said โ€œno spa no pool โ€œ so it didnโ€™t meet expectations, also no hot water ! Apartment needs some maintenance, but in sum everything was working ok, even the en-suite jacuzzi and sauna. What they do let of is an extra bathroom/toilet as the entire unit only has one bathroom that is together with the WC.

I don't like to leave negative reviews, and I perhaps leave a negative review every year or two, but Sen Boutique Hotel was one of the worst properties I have ever stayed in. This is mostly down to the cleaner. This is the dirtiest property I have ever stayed in. Immediately upon arrival, there were ants on the counter and dishes quickly washed but not put away. The lamps hadn't been dusted in years; the blinds are disgusting; the top of the fridge hadn't been cleaned in probably years. I quite literally went to bed and there were ants in the bed. I woke up and would have to brush them off me. When, on the second day, I mentioned it to the cleaner, she had the audacity to say I should shower more. The place was disgustingly dirty. The room was dark with some of the lights not working. The furniture is extremely old. Both the bar and cafe are closed, though this is not mentioned on their website. The owner did kindly bring me a frying pan when I mentioned the lack of pans, but what truly lets this place down is an extremely lazy cleaner who is not cleaning the rooms properly. The room was disgusting. The worst experience I have had staying in a hotel in years.

We arrived around 9 AM and had to walk around till 2 pm to check in- an experience that never happened in other (empty due to coronavirus) hotels!
