The hotel is in an excellent location, right across from My Khe Beach. Noise was not an issue. The amenity would need a facelift, although the room is clean and well furnished. Something the staff can improve is easy but important: I didn't know how to operate the AC unit remote, and I had no AC. I called the front desk to ask how to operate the TV remote. When the maintenance person showed me how to use the TV remote, I asked if there was AC. The fan was on, but there was no cool air. He said that's what it is, and it's quite OK. I spent the night without AC, and the room had been baked the whole day, over 38 degrees outside. The next day, I asked the front desk, and someone came and showed me how to turn on AC (I had to open the remote, which is strange). It turns out the person who came for the TV was a security guard, not a maintenance person, but he should have called the front desk instead of saying there is no AC! When a guest comes, please make sure the AC is on and have instructions for the AC and TV. Otherwise, the front desk staff is very polite, professional and helpful.
