Staff 5/5 - helpful, friendly, Breakfast 4/5 - good variety, good service. Room comfort 4/5 - have all the necessities. There are room for improvement: the shower leaks and toilet seat didn’t size up with the bowl. Overall, we enjoyed the amenities (especially spa services and staff), location was easy for a more local experience. However, if you would like to venture out to My Khe beach or other touristy area, the cost of ride share or taxi isn’t much.

Property itself is on the older side with furniture beginning to look outdated. However, I absolutely loved how well the hotel was managed from the front desk to house keeping. Absolute jewel is the friendly front desk people who made the stay very enjoyable. Hotel Sanouva sits within 1 to 10 minutes walk to everything you want in Danang; quaint local street restaurants, coffee shops, massage, shopping, and even the most amazing burger joint right in front of the Han shopping center, and within stone throw away from the Pink Cathedral . Just enjoy the hotel service by the friendly staff, and appreciate what the city has to offer, all within walking distance.

Staff are very nice and helpful, however, the communication is hard to understand. I hope there will be more staff who can speak more English. The food are good, i like the variety of it. Clean room. Air conditioner is fine. When we got into our room, it was pretty hot. Overall it was a really stay in this hotel, and the location is good location.

Great location with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Breakfast offered a good variety and was a pleasant way to start the day. The only downside was the hotel entrance, where the steps are quite high and may be challenging for some guests. Additionally, ongoing city construction made the road outside somewhat dirty and less appealing. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service and a convenient location.
