Clean, spacious room, comfortable beds & pillows. The staff was courteous and greeted people when arrived at the hotel. Breakfast was good. The hotel location is convenient, short distance walks to local markets. One suggestion is the shower area which needs a faster water drainage.

Don’t understand the negative Google reviews. Impossible to find any of those problems. Hotel was bright and clean and up-to-date. Pool was excellent, cool and refreshing. Water was being filtered and recirculated while I was here. Unlike my last Hotel. Complementary breakfast was very good. Chef made great omelette. Best mattress I’ve been on all vacation. Front desk, staff and service was beyond excellent. There are a few places out front on the main drag where you can get a good meal and some cold beers. From now on, this hotel will be my “go to” when I arrive in Da Nang.

Pros: The breakfast was very good with a wide variety of choices. The multi-talented bellhop was excellent, acting as an essential translator and problem-solver. Cons: English proficiency is extremely limited among the rest of the staff. Additionally, the hotel has some safety and hygiene issues. As senior travelers, we found the bathtub in our original large room dangerously high and slippery, and the window shade was moldy. Because no equivalent rooms were available, we had to downgrade to a smaller room with a stand-up shower. Lastly, the hotel provides recycled terry-cloth slippers instead of disposable ones. Reusing this type of material is a major sanitary concern, as it can easily breed fungus.

Wonderful hotel, the staff were so friendly and helpful, room really clean and spacious and great views of the city and river. The reception organized a tour for us of Banah Hill (sp?) - really enjoyed it...thanks you so much! Loved our stay there! Only tip for fellow guests is if you want to exchange currency use the local jewelry shops and not the hotel exchange service.

Outstanding hotel. Big clean rooms. Terrific staff. Very affordable. Quiet area, about 1k north of the Han river of the busy touristy part of the city. Close to restaurants A short walk or Grab (like Uber) to the busy area with restaurants, coffee shops, etc. I booked for three nights, ended up staying almost two weeks.

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel. Es ist sehr zu empfehlen - esonders das gute und umfangreiche Buffet am Morgen. Gym OK, Ausreichend grosser Pool vorhanden. Zimmer sehr gross mit extra Sofa und gutem Arbeitsplatz. Das Hotel ist bereits einige Jahre alt, aber in gutem Zustand.
