어플에 나온 지도 보고 예약한다면 여행 폭망!!

일단 어플리케이션 통해서 28박을 예약하고 엄청난 충격을 받았습니다. 1. 일단 어플에 나온 위치와 다릅니다. 그랩택시 타고 주변을 네바퀴나 돌고 나서야 그 장소에 호텔이 없음을 알았습니다. 물론 택시비도 많이 나왔겠죠? 2.우여곡절 끝에 5Km 떨어진 곳에 이 호텔이 있음을 알게됩니다. 또 택시비가 나왔겠죠? 3.어플에 나온 영어...된다는 설명은 완전 아님을 알게됩니다. 4.벽에 걸린 TV모니터 옆에 컨센트가 딱 하나 있습니다. 침대 맡에 있는 탁자 속은 언제적 손님의 흔적일지 모르는 쓰레기가 있습니다. 5. 호텔 바로 앞과 옆에 그 흔한 식당이 하나도 없습니다. 마트는 300미터 정도 떨어진곳에 하나 있구요. 6. 냉장고 없습니다.....이건 나중에 안 사실이지만.. 어플에 냉장고 있다는 말이 없더군요. 제 실수.. 7. 가장 중요한 것.. 호텔스닷컴에 연락할 방법을 찾기가 어렵습니다...
