The room had a great ocean view, quite spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful. The hotel location was a bit far from the town but very close to all sightseeing places. Although taxi was always available for the town.

The resort is absolutely beautiful, the staff were so lovely and helpful and the food was great. You're right on the beach and had multiple pools to choose from. We also used the spa services and had a great time.

Staff was very accommodating, courteous, and professional. Manager was attentive and responsive as well. The property needs some TLC as the buildings are showing cracks, paint fading and our room keeps peeling and shedding due to moisture.

Melia resort is good clean excellent ambience and exceptional servuce staff. Only negative this is far from danang city centre hence need to arrange your own transport and there is no shuttle bus to city from hotel.

rooms were noisy, could hear motors and people from other rooms. Beds are hard, expected softer for the expected level of the hotel. Buffet breakfast was good. Beach area is excellent. Drinks and menu are very expensive, did not see the value in their menus. Not sure I would give this hotel a 4 star, more like 3.75 (global standard)
