This hotel may be a premium for Da Nang, but is worth every penny. The location, staff, amenities all 5 star! I stayed 9 days here, the whole holiday would've been a disaster as the weather was awful, but the hotel made the stay good. If you ever go Da Nang you must stay here!

What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff, who were outstanding from start to finish. A special thank you to Hoa, who went above and beyond even before our trip began. She helped us with far more than just our hotel stay — assisting with transportation arrangements, booking activities, and recommending fantastic local restaurants. Her responsiveness and attention to detail made planning our trip so much easier and stress-free. Because of the excellent service and hospitality, our stay felt seamless and enjoyable from beginning to end. A/C was great! Staff were so friendly and helpful! Felt like family as soon as we arrived at the hotel. The breakfast was over the top!!
