This is our second time staying at this hotel--great design and feel, fantastic staff, reasonable price, good location, good breakfast buffet, nice pool, lovely gardens.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable- beds a little hard for me - but that’s a personal choice. Breakfast very good- but coffee could be better. The hotel has a free bus that takes you to the beach and old town several Rome’s per day. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Hôtel tranquille entre la ville et la plage

Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Lotus Hoi An. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse inégalée. Ils sont toujours prêts à exaucer le moindre de nos désirs. Le buffet déjeuner est varié avec un choix de mets occidentaux et asiatiques. La navette gratuite pour la plage ou la vieille ville est très commode. Il y a un bon choix de restos aux alentours. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans restriction.

awesome stay and nice down town!

they staff is very friendly and helpful. it's not mainly in downtown but the local area is quite nice and you find something to eat. the pool is a bit hot. the stay was great there. the most we appreciated the free shuttle to down town and to the beach - awesome service! (beach shuttle could maybe drive a bit longer in the evening (: )

저렴한 가격, 식사, 조그만 풀장 모든게 맘에 들었다. 하지만 후기에 나와있는 닭울음 소리는 정말 싫었다. 닭울음소리만 없다면 다음에 또 갈것 같다. 옆집 식당들 좋았고, 바레 재래시장안에 김치도 파네요. 호이안 외곽이지만 불편하지 않네요. 안방비치 호이안까지 셔틀있어서 1번 타보았네요. 조용한 현지 모습 느끼기에는 딱인것 같아요.

This is an older property, but still quite nice. The staff are outstanding and will help in any way. The pool is nice but could do with a clean, but still ok to swim in. The property offers a scheduled free bus service to both the town centre and the beach at various times of the day.

The hotel was comfortable and staff were very helpful. We used the hotel free shuttle to visit Hoi An Town and the hotel’s beach. It all worked well. The Restaurant Manager, Nina, and all the staff were friendly and usually smiled. The only thing we did not like was the hotel’s location was 2.5 km from Hoi An Town. We like to walk and this location challenged our usual approach of walking places. The hotel shuttle was helpful but the schedule did not always meet our needs.
