This hotel is in a prime location right near the main bridge to get to old quarter. Two steps out the front door and your at the river. The hotel itself could do with some minor upgrades to the rooms but overall I was super happy with my choice. Breakfast is ok. They didn’t appear to refill the dishes much after 8.30 even though it says it’s available until 9.30. My air conditioner leaked quite a bit of water inside the room all over the floor but I just put one of the towels down to soak it up. The gentleman that is the manager is so helpful and nice. Washing service is great and cheap. Clothes came back clean and smelling lovely.

in the center of Hoi An so everything was walking distance with bars and eateries on both sides of the hotel and the closest bridge to cross from the island is only 3-4 min walk only downside is a school just up the back street so can be a bit noisy in the mornings, hotel has a pool in the middle of the building so easy access, would stay again if in Hoi An

Perfect location. Very walkable to all the shops & restaurants. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful & good. As with all the places we have stayed in Cambodia & Vietnam they are all in need of updating (I.e. better lighting, updated plumbing fixtures, tile, etc) That said, they are all very adequate.

There were times in which only one person had to attend check-in, help, information, trips, etc.; poor guy tried his best: why not spend a little more and hire more staff. This property has a lot of mixed reviews. Some people love it and others hate it. My family and I really liked because we did not get any of the bad rooms. I call them "bad" because there are some rooms with no windows and they are really small. If you get those you will not like your stay very much. The place is very clean but could use a little maintenance because it is an older building. If you want access to the old town the location is unbeatable. Just walk out the door cross the bridge and you are in the heart of it. The area is very loud with night clubs next door with music thumping until 4AM. It is not loud enough in the rooms to keep you awake. The hotel seems to be pretty sound proof. The beds are really hard but I slept well on them and I woke up with no aches and pains and my back felt great. At home I normally wake up with stiffness so maybe I need to look at an ultra firm mattress. Finally, the manager is a great guy and I regret that I did do not remember his name because he deserves some recognition. He really cares about the guests and wants you to have a good stay. If you don't like something him and his staff will do what they can to help. Breakfast is included and it is very good. It was the same thing every day while we were there but I did not mind because I really liked what they were serving. I liked it here and would stay again.

The location was amazing but the hotel is dated, could do with a clean up but rooms were cleaned every day and air conditioning was great. Shame the staff spoke very little English, only the “manager “ spoke it so if you had any issues during the night you just had to put up with it until morning.

Ok but to many buts

This is a hard one, because of all buts. The receptionist and location 5/5 excellent service. The room is old with an original bathroom but the bathtub was broken. The breakfast vas god but when we went 1,5 h after opening, there was almost nothing left to eat and they didn’t refill until we asked. The pool was nice but there were no towels so we borrowed from the cleaning lady. There were 4 pars of slippers but only one bathrobe (we were 2 guests). They cleaned every day but didn’t refill shower gel and the toilet paper ran out day one because there was almost nothing on the roll. There was no “do not disturb sign” and when the cleaning lady knocked we yelled “wait a minute” but she opened the door anyway.
