Compensation

I was supposed to stay here Saturday night July 12. I booked two rooms for my two daughters and me. I paid for these. When we arrived there was no one there. I then had to ask a neighbour to get in touch With the landlady. Eventually she came and told us there were no rooms. We then had to get a different hotel. It was really difficult as hoi a was very busy. It was really expensive. I am so cross and angry Can you advise how your are going to compensate us. Regards John It is a disgrace. I have spent so much time trying to contact you and you are not replying

Relaxed and unfussy.

We enjoyed our stay here. Banana pancakes and green tea breakfast is a must. Lovely family, with a lovable scruff of a dog to boot. 10 minute walk to the old town makes this a quirky stay in a residential neighbourhood. Don’t expect to be pampered and be prepared to ask if you need anything. You may also get to know the local gecko community! Overall this was a charming place to visit.

I don't recommend

Ants in the room, Breakfast without drink, Garbage just out of the room (ground floor), No clothes hanger, No ventilation fan, No cleaning room unless I asked, Towels were net changed (I stayed 3 night) , Poor TV reception, On the last day morning they told me to check out at 11:30, it should be 12:00...Even though they are lovely family, big room and good location, I don't recommend. It's worth a half price.
