Amazing hotel! Very friendly staff, located close to the old town, free bicicles available, great breakfast and all in all a pleasant. The entire staff tries to make sure you are cared for as good as possible and will also arrange some additional help if required. Very clean and comfy rooms, a cute minibar, free water and beautiful bathtubs/showers. Would book again anytime.

Contemporary Boutique hotel combined with the beautiful staff makes this place very special. property just outside the old town but within 5 minutes walking. The grounds are lovely and the staff are very friendly and helpful.we were upgraded to 6th floor for our long stay and The rooms are beautiful, great size and decorated beautifully with everything you need. Fabulous buffet breakfast with something to suit everyone. we were impressed by the variety on display at the breakfast buffet.They even have Special vegetarian Menu;) hotel also has Sky bar with Amazing View.I was very impressed by the service. Big shout out to Ms.Chloe<3 My favorite place to stay in Hoi An!

Staff are amazing. Breakfast was great. Room is old but clean. Bathroom lighting needs improvement for women’s makeup. One key card to operate AC unit. Meaning, if you go out, you come back to a hot room every time. Not worth paying extra for balcony as it opened to the small center only. Lovely stay toward quieter areas. 10-15 mins walk to center of town. Limited eateries nearby.

Foreigners in an unfamiliar country are treated like family. We loved our time at Hoi An Delicacy Hotel and Spa, and felt pampered and well cared for. The staff we happy, even early in the morning when I woke up to cut fruit for my children in the kitchen. The children loved having their own room, and we enjoyed having the extra space and alone time. We look forward to returning next year.

We would highly recommend this hotel! It has everything you need and we loved the free bicycle hire available so we could explore at our leisure. The rooms are immaculate and well proportioned and would even say the photos don’t do it justice. Incredible staff including Victor, Christ and Susan who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and were quick to help with our questions and offer great local options for tailoring and leather goods. We look forward to returning someday soon!
