Great place, the staff were fantastic. Very kind. Always trying to help and a big thank you to Hailey, Bella, Helena and Nancy. You are such lovely people. Room was great, breakfasts were really well done and so much food!

Manager Gigi was very nice and helpful, she recommeded some nice local restaurants and spots to visit. Our stay was enjoyable. There are a lot of restaurants near the hotel. As for the location, it is very convenient and safe.

All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. I asked them for food recommendations and they always gave the tastiest ones! They were also super helpful with helping us book taxis when we couldn’t find any cars available on grab and were knowledgeable about all the events and peak traffic hours so that we were well informed when going out. The room was gorgeous and we loved our view and the spaciousness of the room. I definitely will be coming here again on my next trip to Vietnam!

Great Location

The hotel had very good amenities. The free breakfast wasn’t bad but the coffee is always cold. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and modern. My only complaint about the room is the positioning of the AC. It blows directly on you when lying in bed.

Gigi Thuy Trang was our customer relation associate, I would like to thank her as she was well-informed about all the hotel amenities and easily answered my questions about the breakfast service and local attractions. She went above and beyond by offering us a complimentary noon coffee and fruit bucket(mango). She deserves 6 stars (if I could) Highly recommended!!!

Room Review

The rooms were mostly clean. Beds were good and there were the usual amenities of a table and TV in the room. The bathroom needed minor repairs as the hand held showerheads and hose leaked. Bathroom is open concept with an open door separating the bathroom from the rest of the suite. A glass pane separated the shower area from the toilet.

Great location as not too far from the beach. One of our rooms had. I outside window and they just had a door opening onto fire escape to get more light. Buffet breakfast was good. Pool had a good view but not really space around it to relax. Happy with price we paid

The staff was amazing, Gigi, Leena, and Luquin were mostly who I dealt with and I would now consider them friends as they made my stay ultra positive and fun as they were very professional and cared about my stay at their hotel and city. Even the other staff who I hardly saw were awesome as well, not one negative thing to say. It’s a few blocks from the beach but it was still close to the water and the area was safe with lots of food around. The only reason I gave 4/5 on the property is that the gym was very small with very limited equipment.

We were very happy with our decision to stay here from Day 1. The staff, Gigi, Lyna, Nancy, Nhi, and Helena, went out of their way to make sure we were happy, and had everything we needed. Gigi always wanted to make sure we had the kind of food we wanted to eat at their FREE Breakfast Buffet. The Buffet is located on the top floor, with a beautiful view of the city. My Wife and I got a Full Body Massage at the Hotel Spa, while our 8 year old daughter was getting a Foot Massage. The hotel is very close to Da Nang Beach, with lots of shopping and places to eat within walking distance. If you need to go farther, you can take a Grab Car at an extremely low rate compared to what we’re used to, and they always arrive within 5 minutes. I definitely recommend the Grand Sunrise Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang.

the rooms are old and absolutely nothing like the pictures. Construction site noise starts from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. in the morning and continues throughout the day. the breakfast was not edible. The cleanliness in the room and in the hotel in general leave a lot to be desired.
