Great hotel

Great hotel with a perfect location right on the beach. Great staff, very helpful and accommodating. Laundry service was great and super fast. Pool area was nice. The breakfast buffet was great and had a lot of different things to choose from. The area has several great restaurants nearby.

By far my favourite hotel to stay at while in Vietnam. Location to the beach/restaurants is amazing. Customer service by all staff were top notch. Breakfast options were plentiful and food tasted good. Loved the pool and sky bar food. Great value.

Great Service & location

I would recommend this hotel. We had an oceanview room which was large and great view. The service at the hotel was excellent, buffet breakfast has a large variety of foods and location was excellent- across the road from the beach, mini mart and restaurants next door and in the streets behind.

This stay was great. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, and speak english well. There are shops of all types within a 5 minute walk, including motorbike rentals. Oh, and the view of the beach (if you have a ocean view room) is amazing.

I loved staying at this hotel, the beach view and the balcony was amazing. The staff were super friendly too. If I had one complaint, it would be the bathroom - there was no sealant around the bath so the water from the shower would just go across the bathroom floor. A little bit strange but wouldn’t stop me from staying agai.

Great, better than budget option. Staff and service were unbelievable. Room was clean and breakfast buffet incredible! Read lots of complaints about the elevator situation and we did have some 3-5 minute waits so I can see where this may be an issue on very busy weekends but we averaged less than a minute wait per ride.

Very nice hotel. Great rooftop pool, and literally across the road from the beach. Breakfast had lots of options. My only complaint was the pool wasn’t heated, and since we went in December when it was rainy, it was too cold to use the pool (or the beach). If the pool water was warmer we’d have swam there. Otherwise no complaints.

We booked a Seaview room with a balcony and the view was fantastic. The room was a really good size. Bed and toilet clean. Breakfast was average. We also dined in the sky bar for Valentine’s Day and the food was lovely. The only thing is there was no caulking between the shower bath and the walls so all the water that went down the crack would run along the floor towards the toilet where the drain was. The floor just ended up really wet. Apart from that everything was great.
