Beautiful, clean rooms overlooking the bay. This hotel was a wonderful experience. Everything felt so classy and high quality. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the amenities that are available are top notch. Best of all, it was all wonderfully affordable! Will definitely stay here again when I'm in Da Nang

The buffet breakfast was very good, especially at the quieter room on the first floor. Domestic water in room was very HOT! Staff was pleasant and helpful. Only caveat is the hotel is not near downtown; Grab rides/delivery were cheap and easy.

The outside of the Property needs maintenance. The front is ok and cleaned but the back and the sides need to be look at and needs tidying. The rooms are very clean. The staff are Great. The breakfast is Great lots or choices.The swimming pool wow infinity pool on top of the Hotel.

Overall the stay was mediocre. Breakfast was disappointing — definitely below average and needs improvement. The free transportation service was a nice touch and one of the few highlights. The pool area had a great view, showing the entire city skyline, which was genuinely impressive. However, the price felt too high for what was actually delivered, especially given the underwhelming breakfast. I’d expect better quality at this price point.

The breakfast was delicious, staff were kind and helpful, pool was fabulous and the room was very clean! Only thing is the hotel didn’t have a ton to do around it. Other than that everything was great and had a fantastic stay.
