The facilities are well maintained and when problems arise, they are addressed quickly. The apartment was very comfortable with strong WiFi, comfortable bed, and good water pressure. Amenities and toiletries included with housekeeping on request. I’d like the kitchen to be better equipped but that’s because I love cooking - most people will find it more than enough. A great stay!

For travelers who are looking for a suite-style room with many amenities and a convenient this hotel is a great choice! The suite has a clean and sleek design with a good bed, adjustable air condition unit, and plenty of storage and drawer space. It includes a microwave, an induction stovetop, and a compact fridge with a separate freezer. The bathroom has all of the essential amenities with a spacious shower ~ and the added bonus of a washing machine. That was a pleasant surprise and I made sure to use it! There are plenty of tasty restaurants, food kiosks, and cafes around this hotel, and the beach is less than 15 minutes away by foot. Other than the occasional slamming of the doors, the neighbors were quiet and I was able to sleep comfortably during my whole stay. I was very pleased to find that this hotel was exactly as it was listed, minus the floating breakfast. The pool was clean and always available. The washing machine on my patio was perfect for me to wash my clothes every couple days. The kitchen was fully stocked and nice and clean, but I didn’t cook. The hotel was kind enough to store my suitcase for one week while I visited Ho Chi Minh City. Also, the staff was very kind at the front desk and check-in was easy. Checkout was a bit shaky as the front desk operator checked my room and came back with a picture of dirt on a towel from the bathroom floor. He tried to charge me $100,000 for the stain, but it wasn’t a stain. It was just dirt if they washed the towel it will come off that’s what towels afford to clean you right? So I was offended about that at the last second.- it seemed super petty and definitely unacceptable! The location was good and the bed was comfortable. The cable was nice on the TV and I was able to connect my YouTube from America. I felt safe.

Great hotel

Good hotel for a good price. Have already reviewed it for a previous stay so will not add much in this review. For our stay in Da Nang,that was in 4 different hotels in the 30-60$ per night price range, this hotel was our favourite. Mainly due to the room which was very big and exquisite and the closeness to fun stuff in the neighborhood. We did experience ants that were attracted to our open food, which we werebt prepared for and had to throw out as they were already setting up camp there Haha. We also saw and killed 3 small roaches during our 6 day stay. They were small enough to mostly just be cute, not gross, but still not exactly great fun.

Above expectations, we loved it

Very nice family room! We booked 3 nights initially, then prolonged 2+1 days until it wasnt available anymore. Have a previous review already, but I can add that the gym was ok. A stationary bike, a treadmill and dumbbells in pairs from 6 or 8 kg up to 15 kg. So enough for light work. The No Limits gym 160 m away is awesome for the more serious workouts, but costly ofc (relatively).. All in all, expect a very airy family room, nice and spacious rooms and some tiny indoor ants.

Family room amazing

Very nice affordable hotel. Especially nice the family room we stayed in that was 120 m2! Huge space for the kids to run around in and some space to chill during rainy days. Personell were great, kind and helpful. Very classy woodwork on the furniture and trimming which is a bonus. Hotel was close to most of everything, without being too close. Good gym nearby as well as restaurants. A bit too many small ants in the apartment would be my complaint. Its not much to do about it, as they are unstoppable basically. So dont keep open food containers around, they will get into most closed (but not unopened) ones also. Our room has 3 AC units and 2 very nice bathrooms as well. Beds were comfy. One bedroom has a desk also for the WFHers Overall we were very happy with the stay!

We had 2 studios, no mold in our room but one of the room we had was very strange. There was a window that was opened into the hallway so people could look in to see half of the bathroom. So at anytime anyone can peep into the bathroom so privacy was an issue. They said they were out of rooms and couldn't switch us. Luckily I had tape so we were able to hang up a towel and patch up the holes for privacy. They also didn’t have a scale for us to weigh our luggages. The staff weren’t very helpful and when asked if we could extend our check out for 1 room til 2pm they wanted an additional 30% of the rate. Overall I wouldn't stay at this hotel nor would I recommend it a group of female travelers.

The staff here go above and beyond to welcome and to assist. The house keepers are excellent, especially the young boy and mother. Very respectable and always smiling. I stayed here for 2 weeks and it was great! The staff at reception are very helpful, always jolly and approachable especially one particular women ( wish i remembered her name). I reported my balcony door having issues with the lock at 7am and it was fixed by 9am the same day. Wonderful staff from front desk to house keepers. By the way the young boy (housekeeper) understands English. Great Job kiddo! Thank you all for your exceptional service!
