Overall, the hotel was great and very new. The staffs were very friendly and knowledgeable. I need to call out one of the staff his name is “Phuc”. He went above and beyond for helping me to communicated with my grab driver for the overcharge cost of ride from Hoi An ancient town to the hotel. I ended up got my money back. His exceptional service was greatly appreciated. And for the room, it was nicely set up for 3 guests with additional sofa bed. Very thoughtful. Everything just looked as pictures. Especially the toilet, OMG… it has a functional with the air vent that will turn on once you sit down the toilet seat and eliminated the odor … It is genius ! Nonetheless , the purified water dispenser was a great additional. It helped saved some bucks.

Great place to stay. Just 2 things were not convenient for me. Check in was slow and kept asking same questions over and over. Another was elevator. Don't know what happened but the key didn't work and had to change several times. But the elevator kept stopped and got turned off. Except these, everything was perfect. I believe it was temporary issue.

BAD HOTEL EVER

Been more than 10 years of traveling but this is the first time I have to move out in the middle of the booking cause their bad services. Staffs very unhelpful, no welcome drink, restaurant taste bad, room are not clean as request. General Manager were careless attitude and accused me for complaining to get benefits. They promised to give me the refund for the night that i didnt stay but i am not sure i could still get it back. This hotel definitely not qualified as 5 stars. And its a shame of Marriott Group. Specially, the GM not qualified at all, he told me he love the reviews. And this is one for you. :)

we have been to Danang 3 times, and this is the 1st time and will not be the last time we stayed at the Courtyard by marriott. The staff here in every department are attentive, friendly, lovely and can not do enough for you. The breakfast was incredible, delicious, fresh and ample. Our room was so comfortable, clean, spacious and the views are so beautiful. We stayed for 9 nights and we are looking to return next year for much longer. Treat yourself, you wont regret it.
