The property was in a great location with walking distance to everything, beach 2 minute walk , the rooms are very spacious and very modern and clean ,the morning breakfast has a beautiful spread of food everything you would want in a breakfast,, the breakfast staff ,, Nhung and Tina were also very friendly and very helpful ,they made our stay very welcoming..The rooftop pool was beautiful and very peaceful.

Laundry service was great and delivered same day. Clean rooms and great pools ! Food was very good also for the breakfast buffet. Staff Tina and Cindy were very helpful arranging grab cars and speaking english as well.

This is a great property to stay at during your holiday in Da Nang. I highly-highly recommend this hotel. The property is very clean with plenty of accommodations. The hotel staff were excellent, especially the front desk staff- Loucy and Ti!

I recently stayed at Cicilia Hotel & Spa in Da Nang and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to get to everything—the beach, food, laundry, spa services, and groceries are all within walking distance. The staff work very hard and are incredibly attentive. I especially noticed how quickly and efficiently they cleaned up after breakfast each morning. The hotel is very clean overall, and I really enjoyed my stay. I would happily stay at Cicilia Hotel & Spa again. Highly recommended!

Every thing at this hotel was top notch. Great beach view from our balcony, and the rooftop pool. Very good breakfast,with lots of choices. Sky bar at night for a late drink and or bute to eat. Front desk staff were proffesional,and doormen helpful and friendly. A special shout out to Nuang and Tina working the breakfast room, These ladies were a breath of fresh air and made us feel special,almost like family. On my birthday,surprised me with with cake and candle and a birthday song. ( a very nice touch) We didnt even tell them it was my birthday, but they found out and surpriced me. These ladies were always smiling and looking after us. Great job ladies, 2 thumbs uo.

Our room was amazing - 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ocean view. Buffet breakfast was good, staff were friendly and accommodating. Location was close to the beach, and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. the Pools were nice.
