Our room was amazing - 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ocean view. Buffet breakfast was good, staff were friendly and accommodating. Location was close to the beach, and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. the Pools were nice.

Second time staying at the Cicilia hotel. It is in a great location for access to the beach and nearby restaurants and bars. The room was a good size and had a lovely balcony with a view down to the sea. Two small pools, but whilst we was there it was quiet, so easy to use. Breakfast can get a bit busy sometimes with buffet food running out. Just need to plan your time.

Perfect 17-day family stay with friendly staff

I spent 17 wonderful days at the hotel with my wife and our two toddlers, aged 3 and 5. From the start, we experienced exceptional service and great facilities that made our holiday truly unforgettable. Concierge Duc patiently waited for us at the airport despite our delayed flight and helped with our luggage, ensuring a smooth arrival. At check-in, the always cheerful Hà warmly welcomed us. Although we had previously sent a request for Penthouse No.1 in advance, it was not guaranteed. Due to logistics, we were first given a different penthouse, which was also very nice. Hà did everything she could to fulfill our request, and the next day we could switch to our preferred room. She was genuinely caring, always smiling, and offered excellent tips on things to do and places to eat Our clean, spacious, modern room had comfy beds and a stunning beach view. Housekeeping was excellent. The hotel is just steps from the beach, surrounded by restaurants and cafés Receptionist Ngoc regularly came over with a warm smile to check on us, asked how we were doing, and always made sure we felt comfortable. The concierge team Duc, Hung, and Cuong were incredibly kind, always ready to help with luggage and gently assisted our youngest child in and out of taxis with great care Breakfast was a highlight thanks to Nhung, a very kind and thoughtful lady who offered to help with food or watch the kids. She truly made mornings easier. Our children really liked her. Highly recommend this hotel!

The overall impression is not bad in terms of cleanliness, breakfast and the convenient location. However, they did not give me the room I booked (Premium Twin) at first but a much smaller room with no bathtub and balcony (Deluxe Twin). The receptionist advised me that what are shown in photos are for reference only, meaning not all the amenities I can see from the photos are guaranteed. But travelers can only distinguish different rooms by looking at the photos. They turned out to have offered two alternative options as I did not accept their first arrangement. The alternatives were better but they were unable to arrange one with a balcony because these rooms were all "fully booked". I was quite disappointed as I paid for both the bathtub and balcony. I had a strong feeling that they would like me to pay extra to upgrade instantly. Also, the floor in the shower room was extremely slippery that I fell down during my shower in the first night of my stay. Users please be careful. When I asked a receptionist for recommendations on local tours, s/he just responded that the weather is not good recently without providing further information.

Check-in and out was easy. The breakfast was great with many options. The staffs noted our anniversary and brought a slice of cake and fruits to our room. We had the ocean view king room with balcony and it was wonderful.

For the price it was a good deal for very spacious ocean view with balcony room. Main concern was the noise since the room faces the lobby entrance main street and my room was on floor next to the pool. Breakfast was ok but not outstanding even though there was a good variety to choose from. Overall we would stay beee again for the price but not as luxurious as the pictures with some wear and tear in the rooms.

Loved our 2 bed apartment with in room bathtub in main. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room. Two ensuites were brilliant, and the air-conditioning.got really cold. Only knock on the room was upright lounge chairs and ripple in windows tint which detracts from the magnificent sea views. Two pools provided a great option if one was too busy. Breakfast was fine but hectic. In a location close to beach and food, but not much shopping. Overall fantastic value accommodation

Das Hotel ist direkt beim Strand und es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Restaurants, schöne Cafés, Nailsalons etc. sind auch alle in der Nähe. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind schön, das Bett super bequem, nur die Ausstattung ist teilweise vielleicht etwas abgenutzt

Jättefint hotell nära stranden i Da Nang. Rummen var fina och rymliga. Frukosten var utmärkt med olika sorters bröd, pålägg, ägg station, varm mat, kaffe och juice mm. Hotellet hade 2 pooler och ett litet gym samt en tak bar.

Too good to be true

The hotel was beyond what we expected. Everyone there was so pleasant and it amazes me. The location is perfect, the view from our room was amazing and from the skybar it was even better. The breakfast was great as well, we felt like family

미케비치 접근성이 아주 좋고, 주변에ㅠ식당도 많아서 좋아요. 다면 호텔 air conditioner가 cool기능밖에 되지않아 습해서 창문을 열어 놓았는데 주변 소음이 심했습니다. 이것 빼고는 좋았어요.

Good breakfast, friendly staff but 3 star quality

Staff friendly and large breakfast. Looks nice from outside and from pictures but workmanship and upkeep is 3 star. Things like extractor fan not working, bath not working, limescale deposits and dirty grout everywhere. Seems like they missed the finer points of hotel housekeeping. Also, hotel nickel and dimes you, with you having to pay for small things like bath bombs.

Disgusting grout, not cleaned very well. Doubt housekeeping staff even knows what these are.

Limescale deposits — again, housekeeping staff no clue that this needs to be cleaned and this is not standard in 5 star hotel

Nice spacious room. I book a 2 bedrooms suite, it big and very clean with beautiful sea view. The front desk staff were very helpful and honest, they wanted to show me a penthouse and a 2 bedroom suite to compare before I wanted to do the upgrade. The hotel staff allow my son to use the piano for a longer time. Housekeeping staff were very caring gave me more bottle of water and towels. I had the best customer service and support at Cicilia hotel. This hotel should get 5 stars.
