The biggest plus is the location, just a few minutes from the beach. There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room is exactly as pictured, clean and airy. Soundproofing isn't great, but it doesn't significantly affect the experience. The price is reasonable.

The front desk staff very helpful and kind and ready to assist the attendant is their every morning to clean the apartment the location of the hotel is great walking distance to everything and it is very quiet I will definitely be staying there the next time I'm in Da Dang

The room was Large with lounge for watching TV. Large Wardrobes. Comfortable bed. Hotel was quiet and easily walkable to locate Market, Restaurants, Bike Hire and 2 blocks from Beach. Scooter Parking available, a Lift to access rooms, keypad access for security at night. Staff very friendly and VERY helpful. New shoes l purchased caused terrible blisters and staff gifted me a pair of flip flops to help me which was incredibly appreciated and so very nice of them. You aren’t central to Da Nang but only a 6-8 min scooter ride and you are in the epicentre. Located where you are means that everything is by far cheaper, quieter and more relaxing but close enough to the action. Room had a Balcony so l could dry my clothes l hand washed but there is a Laundry Service you can access. Highly recommend.
