The hotel was centrally located in a quiet part of the city. The hotel's and room's amenities were excellent for a family of four and more importantly all the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. A special mention goes to Vivian from the breakfast restaurant who genuine looked after my wife when she became unwell during our trip. A highly recommended hotel for when you visit.

The staff are friendly and nice. I made a complaint about the room not being properly cleaned because there were stains everywhere, the reception staff promised to have a deep clean the next day but it didn't happen since the places I showed her are still dirty and they never bothered to follow up as well. I didn't bother to complain again since it wasn't dirty to the point that is unacceptable for a hotel. The swimming pool bathroom/changing room is also very dirty. I think the hotel manager just have a different standard for cleanliness. The beds are comfortable and clean. Overall, I think the hotel is good for the price and location.
