What a wonderful place! The pool is amazing. The breakfast is one of the best on the trip with made to order coffees and eggs Benedict. The staff are incredibly helpful without over whelming you.

The staff here are amazing from the check in with Hung and the wonderful staff in the Sol restaurant. You are made so welcome. Tram and Mai on reception helped me with a vietjet air change of flight booking..so grateful to them. The pool area is lovely food in restaurant so good. All meals were amazing. Breakfast was one of the best plenty of Asian and Vietnamese cuisine as well as Western. Couldnt fault anything from pick up to drop off.

Overall great stay in Hoi An! Huge pool which is perfect for before or after sight seeing! Plus a kids pool so the adults pool is quiet. Lemongrass Spa is also lovely and very soothing for a massage. Nice pool, room was a good size, breakfast was the best we’ve had in all of Vietnam so far (those donuts were to die for), close enough to the market to walk, but far enough that the noise wasn’t disruptive. AC in the bedroom could have been stronger but it was still working and cooling the room.

The hotel and property were beautiful. The location was also wonderful. The staff all seemed to know our names all of the time! We had the chance to enjoy the spa which was also phenomenal. We stayed here for 3 nights, and it was truly a 5 star experience. From the customer service of all the ladies at the front, to the meals at the Soul restaurant (waitress Trang was so lovely), to the convenient location within walking distance of all Hoi An attractions - plus complimentary bike hire and multiple transfers per day to the beaches. Highly recommend, and would stay here again.
