Excellent location. Very clean room with daily housekeeping. Beautiful roof top pool, outside longe area and gym. 5 minute walk to beach and quiet safe neighbourhood to walk around. Lots of great restaurants and cafes close by. Staff very helpful. Shout out to Nhung at reception for all her help from booking taxis to and from the airport, to setting up my TV and, her patience helping me with my Google Translate.

Very poor communication. Did not respond to request for bedding type (2 single beds in one of the room for my 2 adult kids - male and female therefore cannot sleep in same bed) despite sending 2 follow ups and then did not try to accommodate to change us in suitable accommodation for our needs. The receptionist acknowledged that it was their fault for not responding to my messages. Instead they asked us to book for an additional room. I had to book for another hotel on the same day at late time of the time for another hotel that suit our needs hence we had to spend extra to find an alternative accommodation. I asked for a refund and the hotel or Expedia since we did not stay at the hotel however both rejected our refund request. The hotel should take some responsibility for not answering on our messages. If they have responded and advised that they cannot accommodate our request then I could have cancelled the booking before the deadline.
