Dissapointed with Hotel.com jn Vietnam

Do not book through hotel.com i tried to check in and they say they did not receive the booking nor recognise hotel.com i had fully paid through hotel.com and contacted them but nothing resolved and till today no refund. I had to pay cash (double pay ) otherwise i was without a place to stay over the night. I checked out the next morning and stayed at another hotel. I am very dissapointed with hotel.com on this as i have been booking through hotel.com for more than 6 years and now they leave me hanging without resolving anything and just keeping quiet about it as if it never happened

청결도가 안 좋습니다.

새벽에 도착해서 1박을 했는데 위생 상태가 별로인것 같습니다. 개미도 많고 캐리어에 배드버그도 엄청 많네요;;; 배드버그 없애느라 애 먹었습니다. 다음에는 이용을 안하게 될 것 같네요.

공항에서 가깝고 저렴 잠만자고가기 딱조음

가격이 최대장점입니다 밤비행기 도착해서 잠만자기에 좋아요 침구에 약간 얼룩같은게 한개 있기는 했지만 수건깔고써서 괜찮았습니다 금액대비 정말정말 깔끔하다생각했어요 어메니티로 나오는 치약 맛이상해요 조식은 뷔페식이아니고 쌀국수 만들어주십니다 맛 괜찮아용 엄마랑 둘이 잠만 자고 나왔는데 만족합니다!

새벽이나 밤 비행기 전에 잠시 있을 곳

귀국 전 짐 보관하고 씻을 곳이 필요할거 같아 급하게 예약한 호텔입니다. 시설은 가격만큼 하는거 같아요. 다만 주변에 식당뿐만 아니라 아무것도 없어서 저녁이나 먹을 것들은 밖에서 먹고 오거나 마트에서 사서 들어오는게 좋을듯 합니다. 그리고 화장실 전등이 되게 약합니다. 에어컨이랑 침대랑 수평으로 되어 있어서 창가쪽 보다 안쪽 침대가 훨씬 시원합니다. 마지막날 다른 호텔 체크아웃하고 짐 보관하고 다른 곳 둘러본 후에 샤워하고 옷 갈아입고 하는 용도로 방문하기에는 나쁘지 않다고 생각합니다. 공항에서도 그렇게 멀지 않고요.

공항가깝고 가격대비 싼맛에 매우 굿!

시내와 다소 멀지만 공항에서 가까워서 첫날 도착한날 이용했는데, 다음날도 투어때문에 호텔에 오래 있지 않을때는 이용해도 좋을것 같아서 하루 더 연박을 했다. 첫날 배게에서 좀 쉰내가 나서 다음날 바꿔달라고 했더니 바로 바꿔줬고, 이 가격에 이정도 깔끔한 방이라면 대 만족!!!조식도 그냥 빵이랑 해서 먹으면 먹을만하고, 호이안으로 갈때 중간에 오행산 들렀다가 2시간 구경하고 호이안 가려고 택시기사님도 잘 불러주시고 가격도 잘 해주심. 호텔직원분들이 내가 안되는 영어로 거지같이 설명해도 다 잘 알아들어줘서 친절하고 좋았음. 가격대비 다낭에서 잔 호텔줄 가장 맘에 들었음. 반드시"가격대비" 좋은 호텔 가고싶은 사람들은 그냥 돈더주고 가길. 다만 공항가까워서 도착날 혹은 출발날 하루정도 자기 좋은것 같고, 정말가격대비 침대있고 물나오고 벌레없음 된다 싶은 사람들에게 추천 ㅋ

交通の便が良いホテル

空港と市街地の近くにあるため交通の便はよいですが、大きい荷物等があると空港まではタクシーを使ったほうがよいと思います。

無難に良いです。部屋も綺麗ですし、臭いなども特に気になりません。バスルームにシャワーカーテンが無かったのが気になったくらいですね。

친절한 호텔

호텔 직원은 엄청 친절해요. 늦은시간 멀리까지 가는 왕복 택시 알아봐야했는데 영어 안통하는 택시기사 대신 저렴한 가격으로 예약해주셨어요. 도와주신 점은 정말 평점 높게 드리고 싶지만.. 객실 상태가 ㅜㅜ 쓰레기통은 비워져 있지 않고 침대 시트는 냄새가 ㅜㅜ

밤비행기라 공항가기전에 잠깐 들렀던 호텔인데요.... 가격이 싸서 가봤는데... 호텔이 아니라 무슨 모텔보다 못한 수준이었어요... 방 냄새가 너무 심해서 단 몇시간이라도 지내기 너무 힘들었어요 ㅜ 가격 좀 더주고 다른데 가심이 좋을듯요...ㅜㅜ

Sogar für den Preis nicht empfehlenswert

Das Hotel ist nicht empfehlenswert. Die Rezeptionistin sprach kein Englisch, die Einrichtung ist abgewohnt und nichts funktioniert. Bettlaken waren dreckig und zerrissen, AC Fernbedienung war ohne Batterien somit konnte die Klimaanlage nicht reguliert werden. Es roch zudem sehr sehr unschön im Zimmer. Wir waren nur eine Nacht vor Abflug in da nang dort, aber ich würde nie wieder dort Einchecken.

空港から近い

冷房もついていて寝るだけには良い部屋でした朝食では種類はすくないですが美味しかったです英語が話せるスタッフがいるので困りませんでした近くのレストランは地元の人で賑わっていて初日の夜はそこで食事しました

공항에서 가깝고 좋습니다

자정이 좀 넘어 다낭공항에 도착해서 택시타고 5~10분 걸려 이동했습니다 늦은 체크인도 가능해서 편리한 호텔이었습니다. 객실도 깨끗했고, 조식도 괜찮았습니다. 새끼도마뱀도 참 귀여웠습니다.

밤비행기 타기전에 쉬었다가기 좋아요

귀국날 밤비행기라서 다낭 여기저기 다니다 가기전에 씻고 잠시라도 쉬고싶어서 급히 예약했는데요. 저렴한 가격에 비하면 만족스러웠습니다. 침대상태가 뒤척일때마다 삐걱대긴 했는데 샤워기 물도 잘 나왔고 있을건 다 있었던거 같아요. 큰단위 돈밖에 없어서 호텔 1층 데스크에다 이돈을 잔돈으로 좀 바꿔줄수있냐고 했더니 센스있게 여러단위 통화로 바꿔줘서 좋았습니다.

비행전 5시간 이용한 호텔

새벽 비행이라 급하게 예약했는데, 공항과 가까워 비행시간에 맞춰서 바로 나가면 되고, 비록 오래되고 낡은 호텔이었지만 깨끗하고 직원들은 친절 했습니다. 온수기를 사용하는 듯 하여 샤워를 한다면 불편함이 있을 것 같고, 주변에 시설도 전망도 아무것도 없습니다. 그리고 비행기 이착륙 소리가 들리는 방음이 되지 않았습니다. 숙박을 하기에는 많이 부족하지만 비행전 잠깐 쉬다가 가기에는 가격이 워낙 저렴해서 이용할 만한 곳인것 같습니다.

22000원에 2인이 1박을 하기에 매우 좋았으며 다낭 공항으로부터 1.2km 밖에 떨어져있지 않아 인접하여 이동시 좋았으며 근처 다낭대성당, 참박물관, 용다리, 콩카페, 써니힐 관람차 등등 볼거리가 있어 한번에 보고 이동하여 좋았습니다 조식도 여러가지 종류는 많지 않더라도 하나하나 맛있어서 기억에 남습니다

가격 저렴하고 공항에서 가까운 호텔

비행기가 밤10시에 도착해서 일부러 공항에서 가까운 호텔로 잡았는데 정말 가까웠고 하루밤 자기에 가격도 굉장히 싸서 너무 좋았습니다. 청결상태도 양호했고 조식도 괜찮았습니다.
