Perfect location! Walking distance to everything/short Grab ride. The continental breakfast was amazing and staff were helpful. I was able to book a last minute tour, which was arranged by the front desk. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is well situated close to nightlife, night market and a short walk into the heart of Hoi An. The staff were excellent although quite pushy in selling tours from the moment you arrive, the room appeared poorly maintained and a little grubby, power outlets not working or unable to use travel adapters. A problem with the wifi was sorted out instantly. Clean towels everyday and beds quite comfortable. The. Rat population is very active at night in this area when walking back. Sadly won’t be returning back.

Room was very clean, we did have a leaky shower but not that big of a deal for us. Staff were very friendly but they will try to sell you a lot of stuff during check in. Breakfast was super yummy every morning, Ana even made sure we had breakfast before our tour which started before breakfast opened which was super sweet. A/C works great! Pool was under construction when we were there unfortunately

Staff is wonderful. Location is perfect, close but also shielded from the night life noise. Bed is comfortable and AC works. Bit of a mosquito issue, had to hunt 4 down when I arrived, but if you keep the bathroom door shut they don’t get into the room.

The La An is a wee oasis in what can be a very busy Hoi An - especially if you are there at the same time as us (New Year). Hoi An can be super busy so it is great to have a place like the La An to retreat to. Anna, the hostess is lovely, very knowledgeable and friendly. She recommended the Memories of Hoi An show - unbelievably brilliant - if you go to Hoi An you must visit this - a fantastic spectacle that we only heard of through Anna. A brilliant hotel - I would recommend this to anyone
